1. Operator

Morphy Reels ("the service") is operated by Marx Media, Dominic Marx, Ulmergasse 16, 89073 Ulm, Germany, VAT ID DE364401663. Contact: hey@marx-media.net.

2. Purpose of the service

The service lets authorized members of the Morphy team connect their own TikTok account and publish videos to it through the TikTok Content Posting API. The service is an internal tool and is not offered to the public.

3. Access

Only people who received dashboard credentials from the operator may use the service. You keep your credentials secret and tell the operator without delay if they are exposed.

4. Your TikTok account

You connect a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and grant the permissions shown by TikTok. You can disconnect the account at any time in the dashboard or in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services.

Your use of TikTok remains subject to the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and the TikTok Music Usage Confirmation.

5. Your content

You are responsible for every video, caption and setting you submit. You only upload content you have the rights to publish. You mark branded and AI-generated content as TikTok requires. The service posts content only after you start the upload yourself.

6. Availability

The operator provides the service as is, without a guarantee of availability. TikTok can change or limit its API at any time, which can affect the service.

7. Liability

The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the operator is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health stays unaffected.

8. Changes

The operator can update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

9. Governing law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Ulm, Germany, as far as legally permitted.
